Acceptance

By using twohandsdan.com or any of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Your license to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Intellectual property

All artwork, code, music, design, and copy are owned by Dan unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

The “Two Hands Dan” name and mark are ours. Please don't use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or official partnership unless we've agreed in writing.

Third-party content

Our games may include open-source libraries (for example, Tone.js). Those libraries are governed by their own licenses. We thank their authors for their work.

Disclaimers

The games and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dan and Two Hands Dan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the games or website.

Payments and refunds

Web games are free. Paid iPhone games are sold through the App Store; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. See Apple's Report a Problem page.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio is based (fill in your state/country before launching). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
